The Essentials of Sourdough Workshop

Learn how to bake delicious bread without the use of commercial yeast. We will learn how to make a sourdough mother starter and maintain them for life. We will learn how to turn them into wonderfully tasting bread. In this 3-day workshop, we will also learn how to develop their flavor using the delayed fermentation method, which can ensure that we have hassle-free, freshly baked bread every day.
