Learn how to make these favorite Japanese dishes as Chef Koichi Kondo teaches you the art of sushi making: from perfecting the texture of traditional sushi rice and proper handling and slicing of sashimi and vegetables to forming and presenting the finished sushi. This class features two classic techniques of sushi making: nigiri and maki.
