– Discover the benefits of three 90 minute individual Yoga Mindset Coaching sessions with Val
-Stay connected, informed, and supported throughout your journey with our private Facebook group
– Connect with your body and SELF with monthly self-care practices and journal prompts
-Access to Zoom call recordings for replay

 

About the Event

Supporting SELF is a six month online program for women with anxiety to support one another in the journey towards more SELF energy. More SELF energy means an increase in calmness, clarity, curiosity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, and connectedness. As a result, you’ll be emboldened to move through the journey that is life, with all of its ebbs and flows, without letting anxiety take you down.
