This two-and-a-half-hour, four-session workshop introduces the essentials of starting your yoga journey. Learning about the origins of yoga, the power of breath, and the more common poses included in a yoga class and how to execute them depending on your body structure safely.
This allows those with zero background in yoga to practice mindfully. For those who already have a practice, you will learn modifications to take your training to another level.
Full Course Fee: P2,500 (4 sessions + 4 free yoga class pass)
