The first is a famous classic Chinese soft pork bun known as Siopao, and the other is Beef Mami, a Filipino-Chinese noodle soup composed of tender beef brisket and egg noodles, boiled eggs, and other toppings which are soaked in hot and flavorful beef stock. Learn how to make these two more than complete meals. Chef Kathy will show you how to make authentic Chinese siopao dough and fill them with equally delicious meat fillings like Pork and Chicken Bola-bola and Pork Humba, after which we will make that Beef Mami noodle soup that can be eaten any time of the day.
