Sans Rival is perhaps the Queen of all Filipino desserts. In this class, you will learn the secrets of making crispy, nutty meringue layers, Cashew, Almond, Macadamia, Pistachio, Toffee, and Mocha, filled with luscious buttercream. Learn how to whip up this popular comfort food that could give a needed high.
Hands-on class. Full participation. Each student will bake one (1) Sans Rival.
