Studios and energy workers from North to Central Luzon are coming together for a wellness weekend at Luces Living on February 25-26, 2023. SAMA-SAMA is a gathering of yoga and movement communities with shared values on mindful living, eco-consciousness, collective well-being, and compassionate practices. The event features signature classes of partner studios and an introduction to various schools of movement. SAMA-SAMA participants explore mind-body-soul connections and experience a purposeful journey through community activation.
