REIKI Shoden is the 1st level of REIKI and it is about self-healing. This is a certification class that will allow you to learn and experience the following:
– access and direct REIKI to create balance and healing within yourself and others
– learn the history, principles and practice of Reiki
– learn chakra or energy system
– hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
– practice sessions
– and REIKI Shoden attunement
Classes will be held in Reiki Wellness Center (100 K-6th St. East Kamias, QC) on February 12 and 19, 2023 from 9am to 1:30pm. Attunement and graduation on March 12, 9am.
