Offering you two levels of qigong practice.
8:30am Qigong Level 1
9:30am Qigong Level 2

All classes are recorded and uploaded on to a private group for subscribers and so it is easy to do a class at a time that suits your schedule if you cannot attend the live-on-Zoom Saturday class.
