Reservation is nonrefundable but transferable to another person (not included on the participant’s list).

Last minute back out / cancellation ( one week before the event shall be charged with FULL EVENT FEE, considered as SOLD already )

Payment is refundable in the event of cancellation due to NOT meeting the required number of participants. (20pax)
