We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Introduction to Yoga & Freediving, an exclusive event organized by Anahaw and Dumagat Freedive. Limited to 8 participants, the event will take place promptly at 7:30 am on Saturday, May 13th, with an optional training session available on Sunday, May 14th.
Take your summer to the next level with a healthy and rejuvenating experience by exploring the benefits of yoga and discovering the wonders of freediving, which has rapidly become one of the most popular water sports worldwide. During the event, you will learn the fundamental skills of freediving under the guidance and safety standards of internationally accredited SSI freediving instructors. You will also have the chance to have fun, eat heart-healthy food, and connect with like-minded individuals.
You can book a spot by sending us a message. Once booked, kindly download the SSI app on your smartphone or tablet, create an account, and select Dumagat Freedive as your training center. To help you prepare for the event, the Try Freediving study material is available under “Courses” in the app.
We will provide a light breakfast, yoga mat, Lunch, and a complete set of gear, including a freediving mask, long fins, snorkel, wetsuit, weight belt, and weights for use during the event. If you happen to have your freediving equipment, please feel free to bring and use them instead. Pack a towel, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. A link to the photos and videos will be provided after the event.
Must be able to swim. You don’t necessarily need to be a strong swimmer, but you need to be comfortable enough in the water.
