Consists of maximum of ten (10) participating Fashion Designers (professional, amateur, upcoming, aspiring, students), with maximum of ten (10) runway models (professional, amateur, upcoming, aspiring, students, beginner).

It is owned and managed by its CEO/President, Nardie Presa. Director is Philippine Fashion Week Co-Founder/Co-Owner, Audie Espino.

It always fall on the day of THURSDAY, and a strictly one-hour (1 hour) Fashion Show from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Cocktails are served at 6:00pm.
