Join us in our 2-day croissant workshop and learn how to make the perfect, flaky, buttery croissants just like they make in France. Each student will be mixing, rolling, shaping, and baking and will take home their Classic Butter Croissants, Pain au Chocolat, and Cruffins filled with Raspberry Coulis or homemade Nutella we will also be making in class. We accept only a limited number of students to ensure individualized instruction.
