CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you reserve your slot, it is considered SOLD
Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants, valid only for this trip if the transfer is requested within 3-days before the travel date;
 Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before OCT 10 (Monday);
Refunds will be granted if a replacement is found for their reserved slot.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
■ Payment balances will be collected on the day of the scheduled trip.
■ To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled on or before OCT 6 (Thursday);
■ REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
■ Itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
■ Lastly, the Adventure Leader reserves the right to CANCEL or POSTPONE this event.
REMINDER
“LEAVE NO TRACE POLICY” – Please respect the wildlife, dispose of your waste correctly, and do not disturb the natural placement of rocks, plants, and other creations of the Almighty.
 Be PUNCTUAL.
 Travel at your own risk.
 Prepare and condition yourselves.
The organizer is not liable for any lost or damaged belongings.
