Refund Policy: Until January 21 – 100% refund of Registration fees; Transfer requests will also be entertained without additional costs. January 22-February 18 – 50% refund of Registration fees; Transfer requests to another cyclist or to a future ride will still be entertained but with a Php 500 cost. No registration refund requests and transfer requests to be entertained after February 18. 100% Medal refund for riders who don’t finish the ride will be entertained even beyond his/her ride date.
