This is a meditation retreat open to both Buddhists and non-Buddhists. It is a non-religious event aimed at mental cultivation in the Buddhist way. You may join full-time or part-time from Friday to Tuesday.
There are group sessions four times daily and Buddhist teachings once daily. Noble Speech shall be imposed throughout the retreat, and Noble Silence shall be implemented during selected periods.
Cost is P2.5k (overnight), P3k (3-4 days) & P3.5k (5 days) for meals & accommodations. There are no fees for Buddhist teachings, but you may donate to the facilitator if you wish. Mr. Mon Rivera facilitates the retreat.
